Dinner at Rose Hill Manor's Fredericksburg, Texas restaurant is a favorite part of many of our guests' stay. We believe in the European-style of dining, which is a leisurely pace, with a succession of appetizer-size plates with wonderful flavors and textures. Main Dining Room - (Open every Wednesday through Sunday nights to both our Overnight Guests and the General Public)

Each Wednesday through Sunday night, the main dining room features a four-course prix fixe dinner for $39.95 per person, plus beverages, tax, and gratuity. This format is our guests' favorite and consists of an amuse bouche, soup or salad course, an appetizer, a meat course, a dessert course, and a mignardise. Enhance your dining experience with the four 1/2 glass wine pairings shown for an additional $30 plus tax. The menu will change weekly, but for those who want to dine with us on consecutive nights, we will be happy to serve you an entirely different four-course dinner. Enjoy a wonderful, romantic picnic packed by us in our special wicker picnic baskets! These baskets can be enjoyed here on the grounds at Rose Hill, at one of the many wineries, the park, along the river, or wherever else you may choose. Just give us a call, at least 48 hours in advance, and we'll figure out what you would like in your picnic basket ($40.00 plus tax for two people).
