We’re here to help you with a wonderful and affordable venue for your small group meeting. When your group takes all of our twelve rooms for two consecutive nights on a Sunday through Thursday, we’ll throw in one or both of our group rooms for no extra charge.  If you need less than twelve rooms, we'll work with you to determine what is the best place for your group to meet, or we can arrange for you to walk down our boardwalk and use the executive boardroom next door at Pedernales Cellars.

We have one room that seats 22 persons and one room that seats 12 persons, plus Pedernales Cellars next door has a wonderful conference room that seats 14 persons.

Room rates include breakfast for overnight guests, and we can also do break-out refreshments, lunch, dinner, cocktail hour, etc. for an additional charge.
