Dinner at Rose Hill Manor's Fredericksburg, Texas restaurant is a favorite part of many of our guests' stay. We believe in the European-style of dining, which is a leisurely pace, with a succession of appetizer-size plates with wonderful flavors and textures. It's kind of like going to a wonderful country inn in Provence or Tuscany without crossing the pond! We're open to the public also. Join us for an epicurean adventure!

Open every Wednesday through Sunday nights to both our overnight guests and the general public. The menu changes weekly, but for those who would like to dine with us more than once, we will be happy to serve you an entirely different four-course dinner. On Monday and Tuesday nights, we offer a casual sandwich, salad and dessert option to our overnight guests. We also offer a four-course vegetarian menu or vegan menu (with 24 hours notice).
