At Rose Hill Manor, you will experience Fredericksburg Texas lodging at its finest. Rates shown are for 1 or 2 people and include a full, three-course breakfast ($50 value), refreshments at check-in ($8 value), a VIP Tour of Garrison Brothers Bourbon Distillery ($10 value) and a complimentary wine tasting at the winery next door ($12 value).  Rates for holidays and events are the same as a Friday or Saturday night.   Please be aware that we do not offer lodging reservations on a Friday or Saturday night unless you are having dinner in our restaurant at least once.   Maximum of three adults per room or two adults and their two children under the age of 18.  There is an extra charge of $50 plus tax, per night, for a third adult and $35.00 plus tax, per night, for each extra child.  We welcome your children of any age on Sunday-Thursdays, but do ask that all children be 12 or older on Friday or Saturday nights.  All of our accommodations are in either the main building or one of our cottages, and all rooms have private, full baths, and either an enclosed sitting area or an open deck. All of our accommodations have individually controlled heating and air-conditioning. None of the accommodations are in the owner/innkeeper's private home. Your stay always includes a full, multiple-course breakfast served in the dining room of the main building each morning - at a private table. There is a selection of items from which to choose your breakfast.
