Rates

2008 RATES (See information regarding cancellation below)

Sunday through Thursday rates range from $155 - $179 per night, plus tax, for 1 or 2 persons, depending on the time of the year and the day of the week. During holiday and special event times - regular weekend rates apply. Friday and Saturday night rates range from $199 - $249 plus tax, per night, for 1 or 2 persons, depending on which accomodation you choose. WE DO NOT OFFER A LODGING ONLY ALTERNATIVE ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHTS. ON THOSE NIGHTS, WE RESERVE OUR ROOMS ONLY FOR THOSE GUESTS WHO ALSO WISH TO DINE IN OUR ACCLAIMED RESTAURANT AT LEAST ONE NIGHT OF THEIR STAY. There is a maximum of three adults per accomodation. There is an additional charge for any persons in excess of two of $50.00 per night, plus tax, for adults and $35.00 per night, plus tax, for children. All these rates include a full, multiple-course breakfast, served in the dining room of the main building each morning. Cancellation Policy:

Due to our intimate size, any late cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently we adhere to a strict cancellation policy, as as such, we highly recommend travel insurance. Please see the "Policies" tab of this web site for the cancellation policies.
